All our lawn and landscape maintenance services are contract-based. We offer 12-, 24-, and 36-month agreements. Each contract is structure as a 12-month term with evenly distributed monthly payments, providing consistent billing and service throughout the year.
During the growing season, we strive to service your property every week on the same day of the week. Events, such as weather, can interfere with your property’s schedule. You will be updated with schedule changes.

Services such as cleanups and irrigation are weather dependent and scheduled accordingly.
Yes, you can request a preferred day or time, and we will do our best to accommodate. Final scheduling is based on route efficiency.
All maintenance is weather dependent. If services are delayed due to rain or other conditions, we will return on the next available day. You will be notified of scheduling changes.
Yes, businesses can request an additional service time or specialty service. We offer enhancement work for existing clients such as mulch refreshes, seasonal cleanups, and landscape upgrades. We also have a dedicated landscape and hardscape division for larger projects.
Invoices are sent monthly via our company management system to your email. Payments can either be made in person or via the payment link included with the invoice. Payments can be made in the form of:
